Ja Morant finished with 23 points (8-18 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 7-11 FT), eight assists, five rebounds and a steal across 34 minutes in the Grizzlies’ 114-109 win over the Suns on Sunday.
Fantasy Impact:
Morant had another strong showing Sunday, as he scored 14 of his 23 points in the final frame to hold off Phoenix for the win. This year's No. 2 overall pick has been an electric addition to a recently moribund franchise, and his supreme athleticism and basketball acumen have injected life into FedEx Forum. He's been a mid-round guy in fantasy thus far and should provide that type of value moving forward, though his ceiling is sky-high, and bigger returns are certainly possible.
