Klay Thompson (knee) out for remainder of the season

The Warriors announced that Klay Thompson will not return this season as he recovers from a torn ACL in his left knee. According to Golden State head coach Steve Kerr, "This is what I expected from the beginning given the severity of the injury." (ESPN)
Fantasy Impact:
It's official. Thompson will not suit up for the Warriors this season but he remains optimistic that he'll be ready at the start of training camp in late September 2020. Thompson's dynasty outlook remains intact but fantasy owners in re-draft formats can confidently send him to the waiver wire.
