Coby White exploded for 33 points (11-18 FG, 5-9 3PT, 6-7 FT), six rebounds, two assists, two steals, and a block over 34 minutes in Sunday's 126-117 win over the Wizards.
This year's seventh overall pick is definitely showing the team what he is capable of when given an opportunity. Kris Dunn has been battling a knee injury that could sideline him for the remainder of the season so the stage has been set for White to take full advantage. Over the last two games he has recorded 66 points, made 12 three-pointers, and dished nine assists. Tomas Satoransky should start to cede minutes to the rookie soon so that the Bulls will have an opportunity to assess White as this season progresses. White currently is tied for most three-pointers made by a rookie this season and could slip into the starting lineup in the near future. He's worth an add in all leagues.
