Kemba Walker (knee) has been ruled out for Tuesday's game against the Trail Blazers, Marc D'Amico of the Celtics' official site reports. (Marc D'Amico on Twitter)

Walker will miss his third straight game as he is dealing with a knee issue. The All-Star guard received an injection and had his knee drained last week and the team is being cautious. Look for Marcus Smart to get the start and should see an increase in minutes and usage.
