by Joel E. Ruffin Jr. | Mavericks Correspondent | Thu, Feb 27th 5:34am EST

PJ Washington totaled 12 points (5-14 FG, 2-7 3PT, 0-0 FT), five rebounds, three assists, and two steals in 37 minutes in the Hornets’ 107-101 win against the Knicks on Wednesday.

Fantasy Impact:

Although his shot was suspect, as he went for 35.7 percent from the floor and 28.6 percent from beyond the arc on 14 and 7 shots respectively, Washington contributed a well-rounded stat line that showcased his ability to create value in a multitude of ways for the team. This game marked the third game this month in which he has reached double-digit scoring; after a tough start in February, it appears as if he is playing his way back into the competitive form that has granted him so much success his rookie year. He is currently averaging 9.9 points, 5.9 rebounds, 2.6 assists, and 1.3 steals per game this month and should continue to be a healthy source of production for your fantasy squad in all formats.
