DeMar DeRozan finished with 27 points (9-15 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 9-9 FT), nine assists, eight rebounds and a steal over 34 minutes in the Spurs’ 109-103 loss to the Mavs on Wednesday.
Fantasy Impact:
As expected, DeRozan took on a heavy workload against Luka Doncic and Co. with LaMarcus Aldridge sidelined. Riding a three-game mini-slump into Wednesday's matchup, the veteran wing broke out with a near triple-double in the losing affair. He's been a valuable fantasy play in his own right, but he's especially lethal any time Aldridge is forced out of action.
