Willy Hernangomez totaled seven points (3-3 FG, 0-0 3PT, 1-1 FT), three rebounds, four assists, and one steal in 19 minutes in the Hornets’ 107-101 win against the Knicks on Wednesday.
Fantasy Impact:
Hernangomez was able to take advantage of the additional playing time, after only logging nine minutes against the Pacers. He contributed a well-rounded, albeit conservative stat-line and continued to provide value coming off the bench. He is averaging a season-high 4.7 rebounds and 1.9 assists per game this month and will look to continue building on his game as the Hornets search for their present and future identity. Hernangomez is far from a must add, however, he is worth being on your radar as a dynamic source of value for your squad in deep-league play.
