Derrick Rose (ankle) exits Sunday's game with ankle injury

by Alex Burns | Grizzlies Correspondent | Sun, Mar 1st 10:09pm EST

Derrick Rose put up nine points (3-5 FG, 1-1 3PT, 2-2 FT), three rebounds and two assists in only nine minutes before exiting Sunday's game against the Kings early with an apparent ankle sprain. (Rod Beard on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

Rose and the Pistons were off to a blazing start before the former-MVP landed awkwardly on his ankle. He immediately hobbled to the locker room and never returned. The Pistons have two days off before playing their next game but it seems unlikely at the moment that Rose will be ready to play and should be considered questionable until further notice. If Rose is forced to miss time, Brandon Knight is in line to see an uptick in playing time at the point guard position.
