When he hasn't been hampered by injuries, Conley has had a solid yet unspectacular impact in his first year for Utah. Though he may not possess the upside of the league's high-profile guards, his volatility remains low because of his consistent shooting, distributive skills, and ball security. Just don't expect week-winning stats when he and the Jazz play the Knicks in New York this Wednesday.
