Dejounte Murray swipes six steals in OT loss to Cleveland

by Adam Koffler | Spurs Correspondent | Mon, Mar 9th 8:49am EDT

Dejounte Murray scored 17 points on 8-18 shooting from the floor, with seven rebounds, six assists, and a season-high six steals in 30 minutes in Sunday night's tough overtime loss to the Cavaliers.

Fantasy Impact:

Murray ended up fouling out of this game, but only needed 30 minutes to pick up a season-high six steals tonight. He's averaging 1.7 steals per game on the year, which is an improvement from last year in which he averaged 1.2 steals per game. He produces in a variety of ways, as shown by his 18/7/6/6 line from tonight. Look for Murray to be a key piece of the Spurs rotation down the stretch, and hopefully he can help fantasy owners with his solid overall production late in the year.
