Delon Wright provides spark off the bench, goes 10/9/4 with four steals

by Adam Koffler | Heat Correspondent | Thu, Mar 12th 7:25am EDT

Delon Wright scored 10 points (3-8 FG, 2-3 3PT, 2-2 FT), with nine rebounds, four assists, four steals, and one block in 28 minutes off the bench in Wednesday night's 113-97 win over the Nuggets.

Fantasy Impact:

Wright (28 mins) ended up playing more off the bench than Courtney Lee did with the starters (20 mins). He doesn't take a lot of shots, but what he lacks in scoring, he more than makes up for in multiple other categories including rebounding, dishing the rock, and accumulating steals. He's a swiss-army knife off the bench for Dallas, and has quietly had a very productive month of March, averaging seven points, 5.9 boards, 4.1 assists, and 2.3 steals in 26 minutes per game. Wright, along with the rest of the NBA, will now have to wait and see what happens in the coming days and weeks as the league wraps its head around the indefinite suspension that was put in place after all the games went final tonight.
