John Wall vowed to come back stronger than ever. "I am going to be better than what I was before, and that's the scary part," Wall said. (Jack Maloney of CBS.com)
Fantasy Impact:
Wall has not played a regular season game since December of 2018. He's been out of action since sustaining a ruptured Achilles tendon. "Damn near the whole five years I was an All-Star I played with two bone spurs in my knee and my heel. People don't know that. They ain't even get the best of John Wall yet, they just got a clip of him, Wall added. Even if the NBA 2019-2020 season resumes, the 29-year-old guard stated that he will not be returning, that his ultimate goal is to be a 100 percent recovered from his Achilles injury. Wall will look to rejoin the Wizards for the 2020-2021 season.
