Collins dislocated his shoulder in October and has only played three games this season. “I haven’t been officially cleared, but in talking to trainers about how I feel and what I’m able to do, everybody is on same page that I should be able to do everything with no issues,” Collins said. Once medically cleared, the 22-year-old figures to have a key role in Portland's front court rotation. He averaged 9.0 points, 4.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 1.0 triples across three games this season.
