Jonathan Isaac (knee) is better but not committed for a return this season

by Leonard Grandio | Magic Correspondent | Mon, Jun 15th 9:57am EDT

Jonathan Isaac stated that he will join the Magic in Orlando when the league resumes the season in July, but is non-committal that he will return to game action. (Orlando News 6)

Fantasy Impact:

Isaac has been rehabbing a left knee sprain he suffered in January. He will continue to work hard to try and return to game play but is not sure whether he will get to that point. Isaac is one of the league’s best young defenders, and would be a great addition for the Magic to make a playoff push. The power forward was having a career season prior to his injury, averaging 12 points, 6.9 rebounds, 2.4 blocks, 1.6 steals, and 1.4 assists, all career highs. If Isaac were to return he would be a nice DFS play and could be a great buy-low option in dynasty leagues.
