De’Aaron Fox said that it’s disrespectful that the Kings aren’t being given a chance emphasizing that, “if teams don’t see us as a threat, let the chips fall how they may.” (James Ham on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
The Kings were not having an ideal 2019-20 season, so it isn’t farfetched that they would be perceived as a lesser threat than the other teams. Fox was having a solid year averaging 31.7 minutes of playing time, 20.4 points, 4.0 rebounds, 6.8 assists, and 1.5 steals per game. If he can channel his competitive energy into his play and leadership on the floor, the Kings have the potential to surprise come late July. No matter how they fare, Fox’s value to the team is immense, making him a must-start in all fantasy formats.
