Gobert and Mitchell were reportedly at odds with each other during the Coronavirus saga. “Whatever happened between me and Rudy happened. And now we are ready to hoop and focus on the team as a whole," said Mitchell. “It’s no secret that I wasn’t happy at the beginning,” Mitchell said. “But I didn’t want to continue addressing something that I didn’t think was true. I didn’t want to give those stories clicks. We know what it is internally as a team, and that was that. My teammates, my coaches, they knew and know how I feel, so I wanted to just leave it at that.” The Jazz are currently the the 4th seed for the NBA restart in Orlando and the duo will focus on making a deep playoff push.
