Bryant was 100 percent recovered from a stress fracture in his foot. He tested positive for COVID-19 and is expected to quarantine before joining his teammates in Orlando. With Davis Bertans and Bradley Beal ruled out for the NBA restart, Bryant was expected to play a massive role in the Wizards’ offense. He averaged 12.1 points, 6.8 rebounds, 1.9 assists, 0.9 blocks and 0.6 triples across 38 games in 2019. Look for Moritz Wagner and Ian Mahinmi to see an uptick in minutes with Bryant sidelined.
