Ryan Broekhoff not with 76ers due to wife testing positive for COVID-19

Sixers newly-acquired F Ryan Broekhoff took to Twitter on Sunday to explain the reason he did not travel to Orlando with the team. He stated his wife, who is of the high-risk population, tested positive for coronavirus and they have a young son at home. (Ryan Broekhoff on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Broekhoff signed with Philadelphia a couple weeks ago and was supposed to join the team for the remainder of the season. Now we know why he didn’t make it to Orlando with the team, as he’s attending to his wife and son after his wife tested positive for coronavirus. In his tweet, Broekhoff thanked the organization for their support. He’s not likely to join the team this season and it remains to be seen where he ends up next season.
