Speaking with the media on Sunday, Rockets coach Mike D'Antoni highlighted how well Eric Gordon has looked on the court after undergoing surgery on his knee. He went on to say, "He hasn't missed a rep. He looks good. Shooting the ball extremely well. Looks strong. He's ready to go. Probably right now, if you had to make an assessment of everybody, that's a big bonus for us." (Alykhan Bijani on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
This is big news for Rockets as Eric Gordon plays a vital role in their offensive attack, even more so now with the 'small-ball' game plan they have instituted. Gordon has had an up and down season to say the least but much of that can be attributed to a knee injury that plagued the 12-year vet for most of the season. Fortunately for the Rockets, the NBA's four month hiatus has given him plenty of time to recover and heal.
