Fantasy Impact:
ESPN's Shams Charania is also reporting that Rondo, 34, will undergo surgery sometime in the near future on his fractured right thumb. The Lakers will now turn to Alex Caruso and Quinn Cook to fill the backup point guard position behind LeBron James for at least the next month and a half. Dion Waiters, who signed with the Lakers shortly before the season was suspended, could also be in line for some run at point guard in Orlando.
