It is unclear at this time for the reasoning Porter did not make the trip to Orlando, but it could be COVID-19 related. None of the three players have officially opted out, but we should know Porter’s status before the season restarts. The Nuggets are currently the third seed in the Western Conference and could be missing some key members of the rotation. Porter averaged 7.4 points, 4.1 rebounds and 0.7 assists across 48 games this season.
