Jonathan Isaac is optimistic about a possible return

Magic forward Jonathan Isaac said with regards to a possible return from a left knee sprain he suffered on January 1st, “I’m optimistic. I have no reservations in my mind about it. If I’m ready to play and I get the clearance, I’m ready to go”. (John Denton on Twitter)

Well here’s the daily Isaac update. Seems like there’s a chance he might return to game action this year. Even though there’s optimism about a return he still has not participated in practice with teammates. Until he ramps up his rehab and practices with the team, fantasy owners should keep their optimism tempered. The longer the Magic stay in contention, the better the chances are of a possible return for Isaac. For now fantasy owners should just monitor his progress to see if he indeed does get clearance to play.
