Trey Lyles ruled out of the NBA restart with appendicitis

Fantasy Impact:
The Spurs are very thin in the front court now with both Lyles and LaMarcus Aldridge sitting out the restart. Jakob Poeltl and Rudy Gay are the only two forwards from the roster earlier in the season that will be playing come the end of the month. Both Poeltl and Gay should benefit from Lyles’ absence and could be interesting value plays in DFS.
