The Orlando Magic fear Jonathan Isaac suffered a torn ACL in Sunday’s game vs. the Kings after suffering a non-contact injury to his left knee. (Marc Spears on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
This would be a really tough break for the youngster who was just making it back from a pretty severe knee injury he suffered back in January. The medical staff cleared Isaac with a minutes restriction for the seeding games, but in just his second game back, he suffers yet another injury to his knee. Prayers go out to Isaac on a speedy recovery if in fact the Magic’s fears of a torn ACL are confirmed. If it really is a torn ACL, Isaac would likely be sidelined for 9-12 months, putting his status for the entire 2020-21 season in jeopardy. Stay tuned for an update on the MRI results when they are known.
