Kentavious Caldwell-Pope scored 10 points for the Lakers during their win on Monday night against the Utah Jazz. Caldwell-Pope was 4-of-7 from the field with four rebounds, one assist, and two steals.
Fantasy Impact:
Caldwell-Pope was efficient in his playing time on Monday, but that did not translate to a great night statistically. Caldwell-Pope can be looked at as a safe play in deeper fantasy leagues as he should keep his starting position with Avery Bradley out. Caldwell-Pope has potential to be a high volume scorer, but isn't likely to see that opportunity when both LeBron James and Anthony Davis are playing. Caldwell-Pope can be used in daily fantasy as a value play, but should not be counted on to have a high ceiling or any big games.
