Paul George scores an inefficient 23 points in loss to Phoenix

by Jon Mathisen | Clippers Correspondent | Tue, Aug 4th 7:06pm EDT

Paul George put up 23 points (6-17 FG, 1-7 3Pt, 10-10 FT) with six rebounds and five assists across 35 minutes as the Clippers lost to the Suns 117-115 on Tuesday.

Fantasy Impact:

Despite shooting 35-percent from the floor, George was able to salvage his day with a 23-point effort. He racked up some decent counting stats, too, with six boards and five dimes. He was ice cold from three, shooting a paltry 14-percent, after 55-percent (6-11) and 73-percent (8-11) efforts, respectively, over the two previous games. He should get it going again on Thursday against Dallas.
