Frank Jackson only logs two minutes in win over the Grizzlies

by Joel E. Ruffin Jr. | Tue, Aug 4th 8:16pm EDT

Frank Jackson totaled zero points (0-1 FG) in two minutes in the Pelicans' 109-99 win over the Grizzlies on Monday.

Fantasy Impact:

Jackson only logged two minutes of play in the Pelicans' win over the Grizzlies. Despite going for 11 points, five rebounds, and six assists in 22 minutes against the Clippers, he failed to see any valuable minutes in the rotation this past Monday. After having a steady scrimmage series and showing that he can contribute production off the bench, it is a tad confusing as to why he and fellow teammate Nickeil Alexander-Walker are seeing less of the court as these "seeding" games continue to ramp-up. Due to the uncertainty in the back-court, specifically around Jackson's role, it would be best to keep him on your radar as a potential deep-league play and a possible flier in DFS as part of a stars-and-scrubs lineup.
