Evan Fournier (illness) will not play Sunday against the Celtics

by Alex Burns | Pistons Correspondent | Sun, Aug 9th 10:12am EDT

Magic guard Evan Fournier has been ruled out of Sunday's game against the Celtics after coming down with an illness that is not COVID-19, per Josh Robbins of The Athletic. (Josh Robbins on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

Fournier got off to a slow start in Orlando before coming back to life with a team-high 22 points in Friday's loss to the Sixers. With Aaron Gordon (hamstring) and Michael Carter-Williams (strained tendon, foot) also ruled out on Sunday, Terrence Ross, Gary Clark and Wes Iwundu should all see increased roles. Consider Fournier questionable for Tuesday's tilt against the Nets.
