Jeff Green's resurgence continues, provides 22 points and 7 rebounds

by Dan Titus | Rockets Correspondent | Sun, Aug 23rd 2:17am EDT

Jeff Green played a significant role off the bench for the Rockets, scoring 22 points (8-13 FG, 5-8 3PT, 1-2 FT) while grabbing seven rebounds, handing out three assists, and collecting two blocks, one steal in 38 minutes of play in a 119-107 loss in Game 3 on Saturday night.

Fantasy Impact:

Green's been a revelation for the Rockets off the bench and has the 'green light' to fire at will. He hit a career playoff-high five triples tonight and continues to play some of his best basketball in years. Green's fitting in well in the Rockets small-ball lineup, acting as a versatile PF/C that can stretch the floor while still attacking the rim. His play is deserving of a look in DFS, as he's averaging 19.7 points, 6.7 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 3.7 three's per contest while shooting 60.9% through three games of the first-round series against the Thunder.
