Norman Powell drops game-high 29 points off the bench as Raptors sweep Nets

by Adam Koffler | Clippers Correspondent | Sun, Aug 23rd 9:50pm EDT

Norman Powell scored a game-high 29 points (9-14 FG, 5-9 3PT, 6-6 FT) off the bench in 24 minutes Sunday to go along with five rebounds, one assist, two steals, one block, and one turnover as the Raptors sweep the series against the Nets.

Fantasy Impact:

Powell went for over 20 points in two of the four games against Brooklyn. He's been a great scorer for the Raptors off the bench all season, averaging 16 points per game compared to just 8.6 points per game during the 2018-19 season. He's solidified himself as a part of the 7-man rotation for coach of the year Nick Nurse.
