Russell Westbrook struggled from the field, shooting 4-of-15 on his way to scoring 10 points. He also tallied a game-high 13 rebounds with four assists, two steals, one three-pointer, and seven turnovers in 33 minutes of play in a Game 2 loss to the Los Angeles Lakers.
Westbrook is on a rollercoaster ride of production through two games in the Western Conference semi-finals. While he was very active on the glass, he was equally as reckless with the ball in his hands, amassing seven turnovers and missing 11-of-15 shots. He looked out of rhythm, out of sync, and probably should have been benched down the stretch. However, his heart and tenacity never wavered. This performance is probably the floor in terms of expectations for Russ, so DFS owners should expect him to be better heading into Game 3 on Tuesday.
