Evan Fournier to exercise player option for the 2020-2021 season

According to Shams Charania of The Athletic, Orlando Magic guard Evan Fournier will indeed exercise his $17 million player option for the upcoming 2020-2021 season. (Shams Charania on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Although 2020 marked a career year for the 28-year-old guard, it would have been tough to find a team willing to pay him more than $17 million per season in free agency. He will now return to Orlando for the 2020-2021 season after putting up career-highs of 18.5 points on 46.7 percent shooting from the field a season ago.
