James Harden adamant about getting to Brooklyn

by Alex Burns | Nets Correspondent | Mon, Nov 16th 9:21pm EST

According to ESPN Insider Adrian Wojnarowski, Rockets' superstar James Harden has made it clear to the team that he wants to be traded to the Nets. (Adrian Wojnarowski on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

Although this news is similar to Monday's earlier report that Harden was interested in playing for a 'contender', it's significant coming from Wojnarowski. He went on to report that the former-MVP has turned down an extension offer from Houston that would have made him the first player in league history to earn $50M annually, so it's becoming apparent that Harden's tenure with the Rockets is coming to an end. While Brooklyn and Philadelphia emerged as two of his desired destinations, it appears Harden is now adamant about joining the Nets, though no meaningful conversations have taken place yet. There will certainly be more to come on this developing story.
