Dewayne Dedmon is being traded to the Detroit Pistons in exchange for Khyri Thomas and Tony Snell, per Adrian Wojnarowski. (Adrian Wojnarowski on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Dedmon averaged 17.6 minutes per game while posting 5.8 points, 5.7 rebounds, 0.5 assists, and 0.9 blocks per game over 44 games played between the Kings and the Hawks. He'll likely serve as a back up in Detroit, which renders him relatively useless in fantasy leagues.
