The 28-year old Brazilian put up 5.1 points, 1.1 rebounds, and 1.8 assists per game while averaging 12.4 minutes and shooting 45-5-percent from the field for the 76ers last season. He'll have a reserve role in Washington and has no fantasy relevance.
