Michael Porter, Jr. double-doubles in second game back

by Lucas Spence | Nuggets Correspondent | Sun, Jan 24th 12:49am EST

Michael Porter, Jr. played 35 minutes off the bench during a double-overtime win over the Suns on Saturday night, scoring 14 points (5-9 FG, 3-4 3-pt, 1-1 FT) while pulling down a season-high 11 rebounds to go with one steal, one block, and three turnovers.

Fantasy Impact:

MPJ saw a big jump in playing time in his second game back after missing three weeks of action due to COVID-19 protocols. It was especially encouraging to see Porter close the game out with the starters in the overtime periods. The talented young forward should be locked into fantasy lineups moving forward as the Nuggets travel to Dallas on Monday to take on the Mavericks.
