Austin Rivers leads Knicks with 25 points in loss to the Jazz

by Brad Camara | Wed, Jan 27th 5:18am EST

Austin Rivers scored a team-high 25 points (10-14 FG, 5-7 3PT) with three rebounds and one assists across 27 minutes during Tuesday’s 108-94 loss to the Jazz.

Fantasy Impact:

Rivers is dealing with an Achilles injury, but was able to shake it off and lead the Knicks in scoring with 25 points during Tuesday’s loss. It was a season-high for Rivers, who hadn’t scored double figures since January 11th. The 28-year-old can be used a streamer, but fantasy managers shouldn’t expect this type of performance on a regular basis. Rivers is averaging 9.5 points, 2.8 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 2.0 triples across 25.9 minutes in 2020-21. The Knicks next scheduled game is Friday, home against the Cavaliers.
