Jimmy Butler leads Miami with 27 points in win over Toronto

by Chris Ferro | Heat Correspondent | Thu, Feb 25th 11:43am EST

Jimmy Butler scored 27 points (8-17 Fg, 3-4 3Pt, 8-8 Ft) 10 assists, eight rebounds, three steals, and one block across 34 minutes in the Heat's 116-108 win over the Raptors on Wednesday night in Miami

Fantasy Impact:

Butler has missed 12 of the Heat's 32 games this season so perhaps that's the reason why he failed to make the All-Star team. But let's be clear about something in regards to the season Butler is having. Once he qualifies with enough appearances Butler will rank second amongst small forwards in both rebounds per game with (7.7) and assists per game with (7.8). With those numbers and coming off of an NBA Finals appearance Butler has some reason to be upset for being snubbed. Butler and the Heat will next take on the leagues powerhouse in the Utah Jazz at home on Friday.
