Michael Porter, Jr. double-doubles again in loss on Thursday

Michael Porter, Jr. continued to show signs of life on Thursday night, scoring 18 points (7-13 FG, 3-7 3-pt, 1-2 FT) while contributing 10 rebounds, one assist, one steal, and one block, and three turnovers in 41 minutes of playing time.

Fantasy Impact:

That's back-to-back double-doubles for MPJ who has now also scored in double-digits in five straight games. He's also recorded a block in 10 of his past 11 games, which fantasy owners love to see. While his defense remains a work-in-progress, Porter, Jr. is seeing plenty of minutes and seems to be settling in to a groove offensively and making strides on defense as well. His upside is limited due to how much heavy lifting Nikola Jokic and Jamal Murray do for the Denver offense, but MPJ's well-rounded game translates very well to fantasy hoops.
