Will Barton puts up full line in runaway victory over Milwaukee

by Lucas Spence | Nuggets Correspondent | Wed, Mar 3rd 12:25am EST

Will Barton had one of his best games of the season on Tuesday, scoring 14 points (6-11 FG, 2-6 3-pt) while registering eight rebounds, five assists, one steal, one block, and two turnovers in 34 minutes of action.

Fantasy Impact:

This type of line is precisely what has made Barton a valuable fantasy contributor over the past few years, but the consistency just has not been there this season, as he ranks well outside the top-150 in 9-cat formats this year. With that said, he's scored 14+ points with at least six rebounds, one three-pointer, and one steal in three consecutive games so maybe he's turning a corner. He continues to start and see heavy minutes for the Nuggets, so he's worth a look if you need a low-end jack-of-all-trades type player on your team, at least until he cools off again.
