Darius Garland exits early with groin strain; drops 16 points in 19 minutes

Darius Garland totaled 16 points (6-9 FG, 3-4 3PT, 1-1 FT), five assists, and three turnovers in Wednesday's loss to Indiana before leaving the game due to a left groin strain.

Fantasy Impact:

Garland was in the middle of a solid outing until he appeared to suffer a left groin strain in the third quarter. It's possible that the Cavaliers wanted to play it safe and keep him off the court since it was their last game prior to the All-Star break. Garland is averaging 16.1 points and 5.9 assists per game this season, and he should continue to keep this up throughout the second half of the season.
