Nikola Jokic powered the Nuggets to their eighth consecutive win on Friday night, registering his 13th triple-double of the season. Jokic scored 26 points (9-17 FG, 2-2 3-pt, 6-6 FT) while contributing 13 rebounds, 14 assists, and a steal to go with six turnovers in a 121-119 win over San Antonio.
Fantasy Impact:
The Nuggets led this one wire-to-wire yet had to survive a crazy sequence at the end of regulation when the Spurs had multiple chances to tie the game before time expired. Jokic continues to be an absolute wrecking ball in fantasy leagues, piling up across-the-board video game numbers with excellent percentages on a nightly basis. The Joker will be back in action when the Nuggets host Boston on Sunday.
