Collin Sexton (groin) ruled out Sunday

Collin Sexton was ruled out with a strained left groin ahead of the Cavaliers game Sunday against the Pelicans. (Chris Fedor on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Darius Garland (ankle) was also ruled out Sunday. Sexton was listed as a game-time decision, but he will be sidelined. Damyean Dotson and Matthew Dellavedova should see more playing time with Sexton and Garland sidelined.
