Darius Garland was ruled out with a sprained right ankle ahead of the Cavaliers game Sunday against the Pelicans. (Chris Fedor on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Collin Sexton (groin) was also ruled out Sunday. Garland was listed as a game-time decision, but he will be sidelined. Damyean Dotson and Matthew Dellavedova should see more playing time with Garland and Sexton sidelined.
