Michael Porter, Jr. double-doubles yet again with 22/11 in loss to Boston

by Lucas Spence | Nuggets Correspondent | Sun, Apr 11th 11:10pm EDT

Michael Porter, Jr. scored 22 points (9-23 FG, 1-12 3-pt, 3-3 FT) while pulling down 11 rebounds to go with a steal and a block in a 105-87 loss to the Celtics on Sunday afternoon.

Fantasy Impact:

Make that three straight double-doubles for MPJ and six in his past eight games. The triples weren't falling tonight for the 22-year-old, which caused him to break his remarkable streak of 17 consecutive games of shooting 50% or greater from the field. Regardless, his role in Denver has not at all been impacted by the arrival of Aaron Gordon, as MPJ should continue to post top-40 value the rest of the way.
