Chris Paul’s shooting struggles continue in win over the Heat

by Joel E. Ruffin Jr. | Warriors Correspondent | Thu, Apr 15th 1:01am EDT

Chris Paul totaled five points (2-7 FG, 1-3 3PT), two rebounds, nine assists, and three steals in 26 minutes in the Suns' 106-86 win over the Heat on Tuesday.

Fantasy Impact:

Paul's shooting struggles continued in the Suns' win over the Heat, as he shot 28.6 percent from the field and 33.3 percent from beyond the arc. This performance is only the second time all year in which he has had consecutive sub-par scoring efforts and isn't something that should cause any alarms. Even though his value depends on a delicate balance amongst scoring, assists, and rebounding, he is still able to generate fantasy-friendly stat-lines even when one of those areas falls short of its average production. Up next are the Kings, a match-up that should allow Paul the opportunity to get back on track with his fantasy production for your lineups.
