In his first game since Jamal Murray (torn ACL) was injured, Monte Morris started, played 26 minutes, and scored 11 points (5-10 FG, 1-2 3-pt) with three rebounds and two assists in a win over Miami.
The truth of the matter is that there is no single player in Denver that is going to replace the production of Jamal Murray. Given all their depth, it will be a cumulative effort. Aaron Gordon, Monte Morris, Will Barton, PJ Dozier, JaMychal Green, and Facundo Campazzo will all see an uptick in fantasy production with Murray injured but expectations should certainly be kept in check, as Nikola Jokic and Michael Porter, Jr. will be doing most of the heavy lifting for Denver on a nightly basis. Gordon and Barton should be owned in standard formats, but Morris is more of a 12-team guy, at best, as he simply offers very little upside statistically.
