Austin Rivers inks 10-day contract with the Nuggets

Fantasy Impact:
In 21 games so far this season, Rivers is averaging 7.3 points, 2.2 rebounds, and 2.0 assists while shooting 43% from the field and 36.4% from beyond the arc. With star PG Jamal Murray out for the remainder of the year, the acquisition of Rivers gives the Nuggets much-needed depth at guard. Assuming Rivers retains a limited bench role for Denver, he will remain somewhat irrelevant for fantasy purposes. Rivers is expected to make his Nuggets debut on Wednesday.
