Facundo Campazzo goes for 19 points, 10 dimes in win over Pelicans

by Lucas Spence | Nuggets Correspondent | Wed, Apr 28th 11:52pm EDT

Facundo Campazzo had perhaps the best game of his rookie season on Wednesday, scoring 19 points (6-9 FG, 3-6 3-pt, 4-4 FT) while grabbing six rebounds, handing out 10 assists, and adding two steals and a block in a win over New Orleans.

Fantasy Impact:

Campazzo is now averaging 10.0 APG over the past three games and has clearly emerged as the biggest beneficiary of the injuries to Jamal Murray (torn ACL), Will Barton (hamstring), and Monte Morris (hamstring). In the most critical time of the fantasy season, he is handsomely rewarding those who grabbed him off the waiver wire a couple of weeks ago. If that was you, give yourself a pat on the back.
