Raul Neto has been ruled out with a hamstring injury ahead of the Wizards game Friday against Cleveland. (Fred Katz on Twitter )

Neto was considered a game-time decision before he was officially ruled out. The Wizards will roll with Russell Westbrook, Garrison Matthews, Davis Bertans, Rui Hachimura and Alex Len in the starting lineup.
